All you need is to select the gift option while placing the order, and your order will be delivered in special and attractive packaging. Yes, we offer lifetime warranty against our craftsmanship and manufacture defects. The warranty will not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, lack of maintenance, and theft or negligence.
Placing an order at Venezia Jewellery is quite simple, all you need to do is to follow these steps:

· Continue shopping and after adding all the desired product into the cart, proceed to the checkout page

Shipping Information
Yes, after placing an order, our team will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order.
As soon as you place an order, we will start processing your order right away. However, it's subject to stocks available. Most of the time we are shipping your order within 1 -2 business days. For special orders, it may sometimes take up 1 - 4 weeks.
NOTE: We carefully shipped the order via Australia post. standard may take 1-7 business days. Express may take 1-3 business days. For International delivery on the other hand takes around 10-20 business to be shipped out to your country.
Our first and foremost priority is to deliver the order within promised delivery timelines, but if your order is delayed, then you should inform our team immediately. We’ll do anything to get it delivered as soon as possible.
Returns And Exchanges
Here at Venezia Jewellery, our utmost goal is to get your hundred percent of satisfaction,therefore we offer an amazing return policy. We offer 30-days free return for an exchange policy, and what’s even more interesting, is that you wouldn’t have to answer any annoying questions.

In which conditions would my return be approved?
· If you’ve received a wrong, defective or faulty Jewellery product
· It must be in original packaging
· The Jewellery product is in its original condition
· It must be unworn, unused and clean
Note: If you have placed a special order to suit your preference which may include loose stones or completed products. It CAN NOT be returned for an exchange if you have made the wrong decision under YOUR choice.

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package if our inspection team approves your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No, since we offer a free return for exchange policy, you will not need to pay the return shipping cost or any other charges.
Yes, you can cancel the order but once the order has been processed and shipped out, we cannot cancel the order. Therefore, you need to cancel the order within a day after placing the order. However, you can make the return request by contacting our team if the order has already been processed and shipped out to your location.
