Venezia Jewellery extends a limited warranty to the structural components and accessories of its products.

Venezia Jewellery warrants their products for the lifetime of each product against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. Products carry the warranty specified for that category.

All accessories manufactured by Venezia Jewellery, including front runner and Velcro panels, bags, lights, cassettes and shipping cases, are subject to a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defect in materials and workmanship.

Venezia Jewellery offers a 30 day money back guarantee both in store and online, for up to the value of $10,000 excluding GST.

This will only be valid if goods are paid in full upon placement of an order. Venezia Jewellery also offers free shipping across Australia with full insurance by the company.
